Napoleon Havelock: the big heater of the line, 44,000 BTU with a blower
The Napoleon Havelock is a direct vent gas stove built to heat a large room. It puts out up to 44,000 BTU on natural gas from a triple flame Turbo Boost burner and an extra large heat exchanger, and the blower comes in the box. The steel body is about 28 inches wide and 31 inches tall, with a 22.5 by 12.6 inch ceramic glass window over the log set.
Pick the ignition on the page: electronic ignition with battery back-up, or a millivolt standing pilot that needs no electricity. Both cost the same. The door is required and comes in metallic black or satin chrome; choose it on the page. A satin chrome accent bar is optional. Order it for natural gas, or add the propane conversion kit. Remote controls and wall controls are on the page. The vent is 4 inch by 7 inch out the top. Napoleon backs it with its President’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. The Napoleon Havelock ships free from My Cozy Outdoors with No Sales Tax (except WY) and the full manufacturer warranty.

FAQ
How much heat does the Napoleon Havelock put out?
Up to 44,000 BTU on natural gas and 40,000 BTU on propane per Napoleon’s spec sheet, the most of any stove in the line. The included blower pushes that heat into the room.
Why does the Havelock need a door chosen?
Napoleon sells the stove body and the door separately, and the door is mandatory. Pick metallic black (GS350K-1) or satin chrome (GS350S-1) on the page and it ships with the stove.
Electronic ignition or millivolt on the Havelock?
Electronic ignition (GDS50-1NE) lights from the control with a battery back-up for outages. Millivolt (GDS50-1NSB) uses a standing pilot and needs no power. Napoleon prices both the same.
How does the Havelock differ from the Havelock Elite?
The Elite is the 2026 update: a split flow burner rated at 40,000 BTU, oak logs, MIRRO-FLAME panels, a ProFlame II remote and a pedestal or feet base. The Havelock keeps the 44,000 BTU triple flame burner and the door choice. Both include a blower.
Does a direct vent gas stove need a chimney?
No. Direct vent means one sealed pipe runs to the outside. It brings in air for the fire and carries the exhaust out, so the room air stays untouched. The pipe can go out a wall or up through the roof within the limits in the installation manual.
Can I run the Havelock on propane?
Yes, with the conversion kit on the page: W175-0722 for the electronic ignition stove or W175-0231 for the millivolt stove, both $95 in the 2026 price book.
What warranty covers the Havelock?
Napoleon’s President’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, sold in full through our authorized Napoleon dealership.

We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great Sauna & Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
